God of Gamblers strike again

"On the third day of CNY, my true love sent to me......an angpau of 80 ringgit??"

Played the most nerve racking round of In-Between today with my old gang of friends.

For you n00bs, In-Between is a card game where everyone contributes to a money pool. Each player is then dealt with 2 cards, then they have the option to pick a card from the remaining deck. The card that they pick must be 'between' the original 2 cards, point-wise (hence the name, n00bs).

If the card is out of range, you put back the amount of what you wanted into the pool. Here's the best part: if you pick a card that is the same as either one of the 2 cards you already have, you pay double the amount. We call that 'langgar tiang'. Fun eh.

Starting with a one buck contribution from each of us, the pool gradually grew into a unbelievable amount of 700 over ringgit. It seemed like a black hole which sucked whatever amount we named into it. Unbelievable shitty luck.

Last round was the best. One fella suddenly said he wanted all the money in the pool, which was by then around 300 over ringgit.

And whaddaya know, the brave guy didn't net the goal, but kena tiang instead. Woohoo....pay time.

In the end everyone was too damn scared to continue playing, so we decided to split the money evenly among us. Since I wasn't one of the big risk takers, the amount I lost was not substantial.

Which meant I actually won some money after the split.

Hahaha...this is what I call short term returns with low capital. Talk about smart investing.

Here's a totally unrelated pic of some new year decorations at home. Cos I like it.

Gong Xi Gong Xi

Woke up blur and bleary eyed this morning wondering where I was.

Then could feel the sweet taste of my bed.

Haha....no doubt about it. I'm home.

Home to celebrate Chinese Yew Year. Home to see all friends and family again.

Home to forget all the crap back at JB. Home so I can stay away from lab for once.

Home so I can watch Astro all day. Home so I can savour all the new year goodies.

Home cos I love being at home.

Wishing you a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR with lots of fun, doggy-style!!!

祝大家新年快乐,万事如意,年年有愚!

Blah...

Called Intel today to say no to their offer. Some people might think I'm crazy. I assure you, I am perfectly sane.....for now, at least.

The guy on the other side seemed unfazed at all, even cracked some jokes and wished me best of luck. I guess there must be hundreds of candidates waiting to get in.

Not me though.

So I did learn Intel IA-32 assembly language AND I'm using an Intel processor for my notebook. Doesn't mean I have to be part of the team.

Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike Intel. It's just that it's too damn far. I would in fact accept the offer right away if they'd set up a plant somewhere in Klang Valley. Or Bentong, for that case.

Ok so Penang isn't that far. But it's far enough for me.

Thanks, but no thanks, Intel.

Thursday's the last day of class before I'm going back for CNY. Can already feel the excitement in the air. Looking forward to meeting old friends again.

Do give me a ring will ya.

Farewell dinner with juniors

Must face the fact now: I'M OLD. Not as energetic, creative and fun-loving as before. And what a better way to remind me than going for a farewell dinner organized by my SEL juniors.

Dinner was porridge steamboat at this place called Farmland Porridge Steamboat (duh) at Tun Aminah. Steamboat with porridge? Who says you can't try something new in your final year.

Food turned out nice. (Thanks to Elaine for the pics)

Dscf2770

Normal steamboat stuff...too bad didn't show the porridge.

Turned out that the pot that you normally put the soup in is filled with diluted porridge. Method of steamboat-ing is the same. You just dump everything inside and pray all the bacteria die before you eat em.

Dscf2791

This is not a candid photo. I posed for it. Serious.

Dscf2834_1

Got a present from my kai mui. Thanks!

Dscf2871

I am gonna be the next Wimbledon men's champ. Move over Federer!

Dscf2830

OMG seniors + juniors only this few? Where did the others go???

Even had yee sang after the dinner. How thoughtful of the juniors. Everybody fatt fatt fatt 888.

In the end my hopes of getting away with a free dinner were dashed as we had to come up with our own money to pay for the meal. A pity but we understand.

I'm having black circles around my eyes now. Seems to be an after-effect of the hectic weekend.

Damn, gotta get more sleep. Don't wanna be the next Chinese national treasure.

Exhausted!

What a weekend!! 2 interviews in a day and 3 days of late driving...that's enough to make anyone drop dead in their tracks.

Saturday, of course, was the most interesting one. Chronology of that day's events:

8.15 am - After barely 5 hours of sleep, the three of us (me, Gurl and Elaine) drowsily prepared ourselves to look our best for the interview sessions.

9.30 am - Started drive from Bentong to KL. Yawn...

10.45 am - Arrived at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, just next to KLCC. Luckily didn't get ourselves lost in the KL maze of roads. First checked out the toilet/washroom at the lobby...fell in love with it ever since. The toilet bowls there got a water spray thingy to clean you-know-where. No wonder it's rated as a 5 star diamond hotel. Proceeded to registration for Freescale interview.

11.30 am - After handing up our forms and starting to feel bored from waiting, we went out to have some fresh air. Suria KLCC was just next door and we couldn't resist but go hang gai inside. Didn't really had the mood for shopping, perhaps cos of the impending interview sessions. Wanted to check out the Chocolate Fondue at Chocz but darn, had to go back in case it was our turn. Paid a visit to our beloved MO toilet.

12.30 pm - Arrived back at MO just to be told that it was lunchtime. Now we had to walk over to KLCC for lunch again...yay. Had beef lasagna at the foodcourt; tasted great, and at an affordable price too!

1.30 pm - Caught 40 winks at the hotel lobby. So nice of them to have comfy sofas for worn out travellers like us. Dropped by at MO toilet again to freshen up.

2.15 pm - My name was called! First one to go in although my number was behind Gurl's. Had to face 3 interviewers, 2 of them engineers. Grilled with all sorts of technical questions (wanna know what sort of Q's...ask me and maybe I'll tell you if I like you heheh). I had to say, I fared much worse compared to the Intel assessment test, partly cos of fatigue but mostly due to the UTM culture of forgetting everything you've studied after sitting for finals. Session went on for nearly an hour. They assured me that they'd give me a call soon, after which I walked out and was ready to collapse.

3.30 pm - Gurl's session was over. Pretty much the same questions but I bet she had the interviewers blown away by her personality...heheh.

3.50 pm - Elaine's done and we all hurry to catch a cab to our next destination: Sheraton Imperial Hotel. By the time we reached there, the interview sessions for Motorola were almost over. Fortunately I was still able to register since I was one of scheduled candidates. One HR lady looked pissy...damn, gave me a bad feeling.

5.00 pm - My turn for the interview. This time got lucky, interviewer was a senior engineer and not some high ranked manager. Quite a nice guy too...everything was kinda casual and smooth. Was told that they're working on iDEN technology, which allows users to talk on mobile without having to pay Maxis, Digi, Celcom, whatever network you're using...fascinating indeed.

5.40 pm - Sigh of relief! Left Sheraton after a cup of coffee and after collecting the free Motorola gift; a Motorola sweater, which was not bad at all! Starting to like Motorola...hehe.

6.45 pm - Arrived at PJ SS3 for dinner. Had to replenish ourselves with some good food. We had this dish with brinjal, salted fish and pieces of meat...delicious.

7.30 pm - Went to IKANO cos the girls wanted to do some shopping. Wandered around, barely noticing the surrounding shops cos I was just too tired.

9.20 pm - Headed to 1Utama but by the time we reached there, the roads leading to the car park were so congested that we gave up any hope of getting in. Shops would be closing soon anyway. No matter...proceeded to SS2 to find a place where we could get some rest.

10.30 pm - Drinks and taugeh at SS2's Ipoh Taugeh Chicken Rice shop. Wanted to have 'sai mai lou' which was next door, but the place is forever full of patrons, what more on a Saturday night.

12.00 am - Went on to Subang for a meeting with Ing Ling. Subang's so big and they suggest we go A&W...haha. Last minute change of plan brought us to Asia Cafe, just opposite Inti College. First time meeting all 3 of the Ing Phang sisters, Ing Ling, Ing Chia and Ing Hua (with a new hairdo). So bold of them to defy parental advice and venture out during this time of the night...gotta salute them really :) Thanks for coming out, girls.

1.30 am - After some chit-chatting, finally headed home after a day's activities. Exhaustion really hit but with 3 lives in my hands, I had no choice but to keep myself awake.

2.45 am - Home at last! Took a refreshing bath, watched TV for a while and it was time to hit the bed.

20 hours straight without sleep and logging over 1000 km in 3 days...that's gotta be a personal record.

Wheee...

Going to KL for interviews this Saturday.

Morning will attend the Freescale walk-in session at Mandarin Oriental (I hope I got the place right), afternoon will head on to Sheraton KL for Motorola one.

Intel want me to confirm by next week...So damn soon, how am I gonna make a decision? Some more the guy said: Looking forward to the good news. Probably gonna disappoint the poor guy, haha.

Wanna do some shopping too if possible. Time to splurge!

Something to share

A drunkard came back home in the middle of the night. Concerned about his condition, his wife asked him: "Where have you been, dear?"

The man, barely aware of his surroundings, struck his wife on the face in a fit of drunken rage. Piiaaakk!!!

"Stop being so nosy!!", the husband shouted.

The wife, surprised by her husband's act, broke out into tears.

Then suddenly came another slap on the face. Piiaaaak!!!

"Stop crying, you troublesome woman!!"

Not knowing what to do, the wife started to shiver all over, sobbing her heart out.

Another heartless smack came down upon the wife. Piiaaak!!

"Stop shivering, I tell you, or I'll kick you out of the house!!"

But the wife could yield to her husband's demands, no more. She lay on the floor, unconscious...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Have you met such a cruel and heartless person before?

Don't you agree with me that these people deserve to be dealt with the harshest of all penalties?

The reality is: THIS IS THE WAY WE ARE TREATING OUR BODIES!

When we fall sick, we ignore the cries of our body to rest and recuperate. When the illness gets worse, we seek medication to 'get better' and yell to our bodies: "Stop whining and start working!" Our bodies are not given chance at all to get the rest that they deserve.

Medication does not make someone healthier, remember that. It merely controls the diseased parts so that they do not get worse or spread. In fact, drugs may even cause adverse effects to our most precious physical self.

A balanced diet, good nutrition, enough sleep, exercise and a positive mindset are all elements that would bring one good health. If you are sick, keep in mind that only one small part of your body is unwell and needs mending, the rest is unaffected and will keep on supporting you. Remember that it is the greatest gift on earth that we are able to breathe, to think, to be alive.

Most importantly, never forget that our bodies are the ones that love us most. They will never leave us, they will never harm us, and they will never forsake us no matter what we do. Shouldn't we treat them in the way they deserved to be treated?

I heard this story during one of the talks given by a renowned Chinese nutritionist, 林海峰, and it just stuck in my mind. For more information, you could visit his website

Something smells fishy...

Had a fine seafood experience at the Manhattan Fish Market restaurant in Jusco Tebrau City today. Delicious food, great service and a nice cosy ambience...what else could one ask for when looking for gastronomic delights?

Check out the food...

Sany0216

Grilled seafood platter....yummy.

Sany0221

Deep fried seafood platter...irresistable.

Sany0213

Don't you just wanna have a bite off that???

Being starved for long enough, everyone tucked into their food. Heck, it was a tough job trying to convince them to wait til we took the pics. After a sumptious, satisfying meal, this is what was left on the table.

Sany0223

Those who are on a budget beware, some of the dishes cost quite a bomb (based on UTM standards). The grilled seafood platter cost me and Gurl nearly 50 bucks including tax. But it's worth it though...if you don't mind starving yourself for the next couple of days.

Sany0227

Triumphant after having our tummies filled (check out LS's new cellphone...he's spokesperson for Samsung now)

Bought two U2 shirts after that...guess my CNY shopping is done...or is it? Haha KL here I come!!

PS: I got 10% discount sticker for MFM, those who wanna have a bite there, get from me lah. Better still, bring me along and gimme a treat.

Extreme Makeover: Teeth edition

It happened around 2 weeks ago.

I was munching on a Mentos when I suddenly felt a weird texture in the sticky, chewable candy. My teeth were crunching on something like sand. Wow, they must have added a new ingredient....or so I thought. Unsuspectingly, I swallowed the remaining bits of the candy.

It was only a day after that I noticed a funny sensation after having a sumptious meal of asam fish. It was like something was stuck in between my teeth but I just couldn't get it out.

In the end, it turned out that one of my fillings had fell out when I was crunching on Mentos. And I swallowed the whole thing too. Was surprisingly calm when I realised that I had amalgam in my digestive system. Thinking back, maybe I should've freaked out and go see a doc. Dunno if these things are toxic or not...

I've been putting off this visit for some time, but today I was finally able to make it to the clinic. Can't recall when was the last time I went to see a dentist. I guess since I got my braces off (bout 5 years ago), I have never even stepped into a dentist's clinic.

You know that feeling when you're lying down on a seat and someone with a mask is peering into your gaping mouth? Yup, it's no comfortable experience, I tell you. Plus it even hurt a bit when the dentist was putting in my new fillings.

I'm glad that it's over now. It seems that I'll be chewing food with the right side of my mouth for 24 hours the least, in case I get myself into trouble again.

You think I should sue Mentos? Geez...at least they should compensate me for the 4 bucks I paid for the fillings.

Welcome to wherever you are

A wonderful song with some great lyrics...

Maybe we're all different
But we're still the same
We all got the blood of Eden running through our veins
I know sometimes it's hard for you to see
You're caught between just who you are and who you want to be

If you feel alone and lost and need a friend
Remember every new beginning is some beginning's end

Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life; you made it this far
Welcome, you got to believe
That right here, right now you're exactly where you're supposed to be
Welcome to wherever you are

When everybody's in and you're left out
And you feel you're drowning in the shadow of a doubt
Everyone's a miracle in their own way
Just listen to yourself, not what other people say

When it seems you're lost, alone and feelin' down
Remember, everybody's different; just take a look around

Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life; you made it this far
Welcome, you got to believe
Right here, right now you're exactly where you're supposed to be
Be who you want to be, be who you are
Everyone's a hero, everyone's a star

When you want to give up and your heart's about to break
Remember that you're perfect; God makes no mistakes

Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far
Welcome, you got to believe
Right here, right now you're exactly where you're supposed to be
Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far
(I say welcome) Welcome to wherever you are

A visit to Jusco

After 4 freaking hours at lab, I finally got home all set for a nice bath and some rest.

Mana tau Gurl called and said she was at Jusco. Not the Taman U one, mind you, but at the one in Never Never Land which was aeons away. Well it felt like aeons to get there anyway.

So there I was at this spanking new shopping center, full of decorations and paint smell with every shop getting ready for the grand opening. Reputed to be the largest Jusco store in SEA, Jusco Tebrau City really lived up to its name. Other than the flagship Jusco store, there were 3 stories of shops ranging from the outrageously expensive (Guess?, Timberland) to the budget shops (Reject Shop, Nike....oops wrong one). Overall there was much variety and I bet it's going to be a popular spot for JB-ers who wanna do some serious shopping.

But still, nothing compares to the KL joints like Midvalley and 1-U...that's my personal point of view. You can't beat the capital huh. Or maybe I'm just used to going to those places.

After some crazy shopping (the girls only, not me), we headed to the Taman Sentosa area for some "Spring Chicken" porridge. Pardon me if I'm using the wrong word cos I'm not really comfortable with the word "frog"....or "toad". It was really quite tasty...albeit a bit pricey. But hey, this is JB. I'd recommend the fish porridge for those who're not used to consuming amphibians.

A tiring day, but a fun one too.

Kthxbai.

Blogs Blogs Blogs

Just wanna share some of the blogs that I visit frequently, so that you don't just stalk mine 24/7.

TV Smith's Dua Sen - The first blog that I stumbled across was none other than the one by Terence Victor Smith (I bet not many know his real name, heheh). Master of satire and former columnist for Sunday Star. You guys still remember the widely plagiarised Uncle Ho and The Naked Card stories? Yep, he's the original guy who came up with all this.

Suanie.net - Another one of my favourites. Probably one of the funniest bloggers out there in the local scene. Sometimes I get my inspiration from her blog. Yeah and the expletives too haha. Cynism at its best.

Jeff Ooi's Screenshots - Well known personality among the blogging community. Let's his views be heard on issues, some sensitive ones too. Check out his latest post about the anime/hentai mix-up by KOSMO!. Apparently some dicks at the local tabloid are not even Asian enough to call themselves Malaysians.

LimKitSiang - So I'm more of a DAP supporter, so what? Haha sue me for trying to influence your minds with anarchist thinking. If you're into current issues, you should check it out together with Jeff Ooi's blog. You know the newspapers today: ya simply can't trust them to report the truth!

The Hole

Warning: Viewer discretion advised. May contain sexually explicit material.

Consider the following dialogue:

Girl: Darling, don't do it too rough ok. You know it's my first time doing this...

Guy: Don't worry dear, I'll be careful. We need to have some precaution, just in case.

Girl: Are you sure it's ok darling...cos I think I have an infection, very painful now.

Guy: It's ok, the pain will last for just a while, then you'll be on cloud nine after that.

Girl: Ouch!! Painful! Are you sure you're doing this the right way...

Guy: I don't know dear...it's my first time too. Oh shit, how do I get it out now?

Girl: Yerrr.....so bad! You can't even get it out??

Guy: Sorry dear...your hole is just so small. I can't seem to pull it out!

Girl: Yerrrr!!! .............

Can you guess what's happening?

.

.

.

.

.

Haha you can get those dirty thoughts out of your minds now.

It's just a guy helping his girlfriend pull out her earrings for the first time!

Hahaha....thanks to Gurl, Elaine and Quek who were the inspiration for this. Gurl just got her ears pierced, and she wanted to try on a new pair of earrings so this is what actually started the joke.

Funny how something like that could be connected with that.

What(TF) were you thinking? Perverts.

Smashing Night

What can I say...Grad Night '06 was a smashing success. Except for a few minor glitches during some of the events, everything went well and I'm sure as hell everyone enjoyed it.

Things got to a bad start however when most of the guests (and some committee members even) were caught up in a jam. Cos of that, we were rushing to get the props ready at the last minute. Thank God everything turned out alright, though I hope Yeoh won't mind about the car which got stuck during the opening ceremony :p Yep, we came up with a remote control car that was supposed to pop a few balloons to signal the start of Grad Night...creative huh. All thanks to Gurl's idea.

Then there was the juniors' performance. And what a great job they did. Kudos to them for bringing forward a wonderful performance to an audience full of anticipation. Finally gave a sigh of relief after the opening ceremony ended. Time to party...haha.

Yirun gave us an impeccable rendition of "Amigos Para Siempre", our theme song for the night. Later the Taugeh, I mean Beansprouts band (how did these guys get their band name, I wonder?) performed a few songs, which really got the audience entertained during the dinner.

Next on we had the nominations for prom king and queen. It was kind of a hard decision cos everyone looked so handsome and lovely that night. In the end, it was Sing Hui who was crowned the new prom queen of Grad Night, and for the guys, it was none other than our president, Yeoh. Wonder if the whole thing was a conspiracy...heheh. After all, both of them were in the organising committee.

The climax of the night finally arrived when it was time for the dance. Committee members (including yours truly) got themselves sweating performing 2 dances; That Thing You Do, and the Irish Dance from the "Titanic" soundtrack. That really got everyone heated up and it wasn't long before every single person got into the dance. It was like working out in a gym; we were sweating so hard, some of us were even dripping wet. Too bad for the make up, girls...

Due to some problems with the PA system, we couldn't get a clear sound from the speakers. It was then that the band came to our rescue by playing a few songs live. With Bon Jovi's "It's My Life" as a finale, Grad Night finally came to an end at around midnight.

It was a great experience working to make this event happen. Thanks to all the guys and gals who put in so much effort for the opening ceremony. And to the organising committee members, you deserve a pat on the back for making the night an unforgettable one.

AMIGOS PARA SIEMPRE!

Friends forever!

Anticipation

Phew...been sleeping at 4 am for the past week now, all for the preparation of our FKE Grad Night 06, which will be held at Sofitel Palm Resort, Senai. Haven't been so stressed out in a long time now (coupled with PSM, I'm gonna puke any moment).

Being in charge of the opening ceremony along with Gurl, we initially planned to do a video show that showcases our growing up process, and finally graduating from uni life. A few days ago however we found out that the availability of a projector was uncertain. We just lost the mood to continue after that.

Now we're working on something like a stage show, just a short one, for the opening ceremony. The work load though was huge, much more than we expected. It's gonna be a nice one, if everything turns out accordingly. I'm not letting slip of what type of show it is....hehe don't wanna ruin the anticipation.

To those who will be attending Grad Night, I promise that we'll give our best to make the night a memorable one.

To those who can't make it for some reason, I've got two words to say: too bad.

The coming of Grad Night symbolizes another thing...that we're all going to graduate soon. Time flies. Five years have passed us by just in a blink of the eye.

Hope everyone will have a smashing time this Saturday night!

Disillusionment

I hate to tell you this but it's true: we're living in an age of disillusionment.

I don't know what others may tell you...

That the world's becoming a nicer place.

That the economy's getting better.

That the government is going to subsidize all your living costs.

That you friends aren't stabbing you in the back.

All that optimism crap.

Let's face it folks, most of these aren't true. You and I know that. It's just bullshit they make up to make themselves feel better.

But there's no reason to feel depressed. Good things are happening (if you don't read the paper). People still love each other. McD's still there when you need a happy meal.

We're still alive, aren't we?

Life is beautiful.

Afterthought: I guess it was the pessimist in me that needed some ranting. Indeed the world is a beautiful place, let's keep it that way. FFS, stop being bitches.

Gathering of The Dragons

After a week of coping with I'm-still-on-holiday-mood-I-hate-school syndrome, the Dragons unite again for another hot, fiery get-together. Kai Xuan, Seh Tat, Jyet Ying, BK and me were the ones who showed up, plus our lovely Fascists Fa-cees (that's facilitators for you PELTAC-illiterate) Ah Pui and Li Chuang.

The venue was none other than the latest makan place to open in the Tmn U area; Dream On Cafe. The ambience there was truly unique compared to other eateries around the area. Although the food was a tad expensive (as it always is for us students), the BBQ chicken went well with my taste buds. Poor Set Tat though had to share his pizza around and in the end, he only got half of it. Best of luck in your weight program man. Lesson number one: Don't share your food.

The gathering was an enjoyable one. And it was the first time that all of us conversed in mandarin. Felt kinda weird at first, but I got used to it eventually. Mandarin is the lingua franca around here anyway. Not satisfied after dinner, we proceeded to our next stop: Ayub Tmn U. Supper right after dinner...if that didn't get me stuffed, I don't know what would. Thanks to the trusty videocam that I brought along, we managed to take some snapshots, some in the weirdest way possible. (Sometimes I really wonder what's going on in these peoples' minds...hahaha)

It was a pity Alvin and Aifaa couldn't make it this time. Ing Ling and Nat of course, being the 'foreign imports' of the camp, were unable to attend. It's ok though, we still love you :) Perhaps next time we'll have our gathering somewhere in PJ, who knows? Seh Tat even suggested Genting, but I say let's make it to our Secret Recipe gathering first.

Til we meet again, GO DRAGONS GO....OHHHHHH YES!!

Some Reflections and Resolutions

Another year come and gone.

The year that was 2005 has just said it's last farewell...in a real rushed way too. Just a snap of the fingers and it's BYE BYE O'FIVE. Maybe I'm getting a bit nostalgic, considering that I'll be graduating in 3 months time.

A few things came to my mind when I looked back at the happenings during the past year. First was my industrial training. Can't say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience (we were, most of the time, cheap labour after all), but it was an interesting and enlightening one. Other than getting to know the basic operations of a plant, there were the people there. It really changed my view of foreign workers. Seems that they're not the filthy, rude, lawless bunch of people we tend to assume at times. Hey, they're people too, just like us, trying to eke out a living in a foreign land. Some of them really earned my respect and friendship. So my thanks to all the people in MEI for the enriching experience.

2005 was also the year I got to know God. I'm not a spiritual person by nature, partly due to my family background. An atheist, you could say. But thanks to all the people in IK, I came to accept that there is a higher power looking over us. It wasn't a simple process; there were times when I wanted to believe but simply couldn't find the reason(s). Then I came to realize that spirituality does not need a reason. It is in the age of reason after all that so many of us have forsaken our spiritual beliefs. W1 and W3 CGs, you guys rock :)

On the family side, my little sister finally graduated from high school. I'm proud to announce that now all three of us siblings are pursuing degrees in our own fields. Being the more artistic one among us, she's now doing a degree course in music. Wish you all the best sis.

Reflections aside, I can't really think of any new year resolutions. One thing which is certain is that I sure hope to exercise more. Yep, EXERCISE = FITNESS. Good nutrition is not the only contributing factor toward a healthy body and mind. So, I'm gonna promise myself that I'll go out, maybe jogging for at least 2 times a week. Provided I'm not busy with my PSM, if there's no bad weather, when I'm not watching movies...Now, now, I'm already giving myself excuses. Shame on me.

That brings me to my next resolution: I'm gonna stick to my resolutions. Persevering is no easy task man. Being the hangat-hangat tahi ayam guy that I am, I really hope I can stick to the things that I've promised myself.

2006? Bring it on, baby.
